About the Instructor

The lead instructor for this workshop is our very own Urban Farm Educator Grace Chen! She holds a BFA in Painting & Drawing and has 6 years of experience in art education. She loves to engage with artists, and has experience teaching budding artists, of all ages and backgrounds - from preschool children to elderly, neuro-typical and neuro-divergent. She is familiar with a wide variety of art mediums; fun fact: all the murals at the farm are Grace's works of art. "I am passionate about art education and nature education because they are both spaces we can develop observation and self-awareness and enjoy working with our hands!", she shared.

  • In the spirit of sustainable living and eco-consciousness, we would like to urge everyone to bring your own bag and folder to carry your take-aways home after your workshop session!
